One-on-One training provides an individualized strength and conditioning program designed to improve performance, motivation, and mentorship.
Our coaches are here to make your goals come to fruition, hold you accountable, and tailor programs to ensure you’re feeling and performing at your best. We will work beside you to continue to measure your progress, motivate and support you, and adjust programming as needed.
Whether you want to tone up, train for a recreational sport, or hit specific fitness milestones, one-on-one offers the feedback and individualized attention to reach your goals.

MaxFitOne is a cost-effective, small group, individualized strength and conditioning program designed to improve performance, while still reaping similar benefits of working one-on-one with one of our certified personal trainers.
Each month, MaxFitOne provides new exercises, new training intervals, and new goals. Each class includes an extensive, dynamic warm-up, abdominals section, the main workout, and a cardio section to finish the workout strong.
The classes operate on a station system, with each station providing a unique exercise, and a timed interval to complete each station. Interval training allows both you and the coaches to personalize an intensity that works for you, as well as providing the option to increase intensity overtime as your performance improves.

FitGroups are semi-private training sessions for up to four people. FitGroups can offer personalized programs for the entire group or smaller, more personal iterations of the MaxFitOne program.
