We play with the variables of training monthly to avoid plateau, resulting in great results…

Week 1: 60 sec. (3 levels of 20 sec.)

Week 2: 50 sec. (2 levels of 25 sec.)

Week 3: 40 sec. (2 levels of 20 sec.)

Week 4: 30 sec.
