Week 2: 50 sec. (2 levels of 25 sec.)
Week 3: 40 sec. (2 levels of 20 sec.)

About Joel Molina
Joel is the CEO & Founder of 1822 Fitness. He has helped hundreds of people in the course of over 10 years of experience in the fitness and athletic training field. He is a former HS and College baseball coach where he has been part of state championship teams in different occasions. He has developed the Athletic FitCamp program to help local athletes reach their potential by getting stronger, faster and more explosive. He also runs a successful fitness bootcamp that has helped many individuals reach their fitness goals.
