The Athletic FitCamp is a strength and conditioning training program for athletes that runs throughout the year meeting three times per week. We emphasize on building athletes from the inside-out. We build their core strength, balance, coordination, agility, quickness, explosive power, muscular strength and endurance as well as their mental strength. We split our sessions based on age and/or fitness level (10-12yr, 13-15yr, 16-up). Athletic trainer Joel Molina, trains athletes to take them to the next level in their specific sport, and helps them transform their body and results.

Athletic FitCamp Yearly Schedule:

Summer Training: June – July

Fall Training: August – December

Spring Training: January – May

Athletic FitCamp Current Schedule:

AFC Baseball: Monday-Wednesday @ 7pm

AFC Volleyball: Wednesdays @ 5pm & Saturdays @ 10am

AFC 10-12: Thursdays & Saturdays @ 11:30am

4 Months @ $12.44/session plus FREE Membership to 1822 Fitness

2 Months @ $16.63/session plus FREE Membership to 1822 Fitness

1 Month @ $19.75/session

Individual Class @ $30/session
