We are in the last week of our 4-week rotation on bootcamp. We refer to this week as the heavy week, where campers are to increase the resistance on almost all the exercises performed during bootcamp. Our program is unique and very effective. We combine power-cardio with weight training as we follow the following 4-week rotation:

Week 1 – 1min.

60%-Power-Cardio & Core

40%-Weight Training

Week 2 – 50sec.

60%-Weight Training
40%-Power-Cardio & Core

Week 3 – 40sec.

60%-Power-Cardio & Core
40%-Weight Training

Week 4 – 30sec.

60%-Weight Training
40%-Power-Cardio & Core
