We have changed some things around in our Boot Camps to maximize the training experience:

  • We have monthly workouts. We change our workouts every month, giving you enough time (4-weeks) to learn the exercises but at the same time keeping you from getting to comfortable with them which delays plateau maximizing the results.
  • Our Monday-Wednesday boot camp workouts are different from our Tuesday-Thursday workouts. Come to the ones you like the most or even combine them.
  • We have more options: 16 classes, 12 classes, 8 classes, 4 classes, 1 class. You pick what’s best for you on that specific month.
  • We have implemented the “up to 6 weeks to use them” policy which gives you more flexibility and freedom to use all the boot camp classes you paid for.
  • Our intensity varies weekly: week 1: 20sec-20sec-20sec, week 2: 25sec-25sec, week 3: 20sec-20sec and week 4: 30sec. You have to be here to understand what we do. It’s awesome!!!
